You don't have an account on Shamu. All logins to Shamu are based on your campus myUTSA ID.
There could be a network issue from your workstation/laptop to Shamu. If on campus, call OIT Connect at x5555 to report the issue. Please mention Shamu when reporting it to OIT Connect.
