Sample GPU submit script using the Caffe training network

Using the Tesla K80 cards: 
#SBATCH --partition="gpu"
#SBATCH --nodes=1
#SBATCH --gres=gpu:k80:1

. /etc/profile.d/modules.sh

module load shared cuda90/toolkit caffe

cd /work/abc123/caffe_workdir
./examples/mnist/train_lenet.sh

For the V100 cards: 
#SBATCH --partition="gpu-v100"
#SBATCH --nodes=1
#SBATCH --gres=gpu:v100:1
 
. /etc/profile.d/modules.sh

module load shared cuda90/toolkit caffe

cd /work/abc123/caffe_workdir
