Computing Resources - Storage

The Shamu research cluster has approximately 150TB of shared storage utilizing a high speed 56GB/s Infiniband network. We use two redundent Dell Compellent storage nodes. The filesystem is then mounted via IBoIP on all compute nodes. In addition, we have a third Dell 730xd located in another data center which acts as our backup server for Shamu.
