MFiX is an open-source multiphase flow solve. The detailed information can be found at https://mfix.netl.doe.gov/. The software is installed as a global shared Python Virtual Environment (VM). Before using it, users should clone a local VM with the following command:

$ module load anaconda3
$ conda create --name my_mfix --clone /apps/python-VE/mfix/20.4.3
$ conda activate my_mfix

Nodeworks and Tracker are also installed in the same global shared VE.

Please Note: the software will be available on the new cluster. It is not installed on Shamu cluster.
